Profit-hunting has AI systems evolving quickly and changing Coloradans’ lives without their permission. Without regulation, this technology has been used to jack up rents, kill jobs and deny medical care based on gender, race and disability.
We have a right to know when AI is used, be able to opt out of its processes, and hold companies accountable for violating the lives and laws of Colorado.
